SCREENMASTER
Automated CSO Screen Washer
The SCREENMASTER is used to automate the removal of solids from static CSO screens. Man entry is not required, nor the transport of wash water to the CSO. 4 large bore (>3.5mm) nozzles rotate forwards and backwards whilst the unit indexes 360 degrees. No jet passes above the horizontal plane. Each jet of water is forced against the screen to remove screenings, soil and fat. The SCREENMASTER guarantees that your screens are cleaned immediately after a storm event, with no operator intervention, thus reducing costs, whilst improving screen efficiency, removing odours and prolonging asset life.

TANKMASTER
Automated Storm Tank Washer
The TANKMASTER is used within open or closed storm tanks to remove solids that are left following a storm event. The unit can be operated by a jetter van or truck, or run from a boosted final effluent or potable water supply. This allows you to maintain your assets without operators having to enter confined spaces. Civils are dramatically reduced in new designs as low ceiling heights can be used. Our system can be used to clean the walls as well as the tank floor and can be cleaned at any time day or night and especially following every storm event.

Mobile CSO Screen Washer
The SCREENMOBILE is used within CSO chambers to remove solids that are left on a CSO screen following a storm event. The unit can be operated by a jetter van or truck and is mounted n a simple frame to allow cleaning by the operator without hydraulic lances. This allows the operator to clean a system without having to stand over open manholes or become contaminated by the soil. Clean CSO chambers prolong asset life, reduce odours and improve CSO efficiency.
